Hafiz SEO Tools (“we”, “us”) is a Pakistan-based group-buy service that gives you affordable access to premium SEO, AI, design and stock tools. We take your privacy seriously and try to collect as little personal information as possible. This page explains exactly what we collect, what we do with it, and what we will never do.
What we collect
We only collect the information we genuinely need to run your account and answer support requests:
- Account details — your email address, your chosen username and password (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text), and the WhatsApp number you contact us from.
- Payment metadata — when you pay through Easypaisa, JazzCash, PayPal or bank transfer, we store the transaction reference, the amount, the date and the gateway used. We do not see or store your card number, CVV or wallet PIN — those go directly to the gateway.
- Service usage — which tools you launched and when, so we can investigate outages and bill correctly. We do not log what you searched for inside SEMrush, Ahrefs, ChatGPT or any other tool.
- Support history — the messages you send us on WhatsApp, email or our contact form, so the next agent who picks up your ticket has context.
How we use it
Your data is used for one purpose only: running the service you paid for. Concretely:
- Logging you in to the dashboard and routing you to the upstream tools.
- Sending you receipts, expiry reminders and outage notifications.
- Answering support questions and processing refunds.
- Diagnosing bugs and abuse — for example, if a single account is being shared by twenty different people we may pause it and reach out.
Where we store it
Our database lives on servers physically located in Pakistan. Backups are encrypted at rest and rotated weekly. Connections to the dashboard are served over HTTPS so your credentials never travel in the clear. Only a small number of staff have production database access, and every access is logged.
What we do not do
We are a small, customer-funded business. We make money when you pay us, not when an ad-tech vendor pays us. Specifically:
- We do not sell, rent or trade your data with anyone — ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers, Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics 4 ad audiences, or any other behavioural-ad tooling on the dashboard.
- We do not read what you type into the upstream tools.
- We do not email-blast offers to ex-customers. If you cancel, you stop hearing from us until you come back.
Cookies
The dashboard sets exactly two cookies, both first-party:
- hafiz_sid — your authenticated session, HttpOnly, expires after 8 hours.
- hafiz_pref_smooth_tiles — a tiny preference flag for the dashboard tile-animation toggle. No tracking, no analytics value.
That’s the entire list. No consent banner is needed because we’re not using any non-essential cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to do any of the following at any time, free of charge:
- Export your data — we’ll send you a JSON file with your account record, payment history and support tickets within 7 business days.
- Delete your account — we wipe your record from the live database. Encrypted backups roll off naturally within 30 days.
- Correct your details — wrong email, wrong name, wrong WhatsApp number? Tell us and we’ll fix it.

Children
Hafiz SEO Tools is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we’ll delete the account immediately.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything material — for example, adding a new payment processor — we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top and email everyone with an active subscription a plain-language summary at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Minor wording fixes don’t get an email blast; the date is your signal.
