By signing up for Hafiz SEO Tools you agree to the terms below. If anything here is unclear or feels unfair, message us before you pay — we’d rather have the conversation now than argue about it later.
What the service is
Hafiz SEO Tools is a group-buy service. We legitimately purchase team or business licenses for premium SEO, AI, design and stock tools, and we share access to those licenses among many subscribers. You are paying us for managed shared access — not a private seat, and not a resold license.
A few things follow naturally from that model:
- You are using the upstream tool through our infrastructure. The tool’s own terms still apply to you.
- Concurrency, project counts and export limits are shared. We do our best to keep queues short, but you may very occasionally see a “please wait” message.
- If an upstream vendor changes the rules of group-buy, we may have to swap tools or adjust packages. We’ll give 14 days notice and a pro-rata refund where applicable.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and using the service for lawful purposes. By signing up you confirm both. The tools we provide are intended for marketers, freelancers, agencies and small businesses doing legitimate SEO, content and creative work.
Payment and renewals
Subscriptions are billed monthly. The headline rate is Rs.250 per tool per month; bundle pricing is shown on the pricing page. We accept Easypaisa, JazzCash, PayPal and direct bank transfer.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees unless explicitly shown in USD on the checkout page.
- Renewals are manual — we don’t auto-debit. You’ll get a WhatsApp reminder 3 days before expiry.
- If your renewal payment is more than 48 hours late, your access pauses until you top up. Your account record stays put for 60 days so you can pick up where you left off.
Your responsibilities
Group-buy only works if everyone uses the service in good faith. By subscribing you agree to the following:
- Don’t share your login. Your account is for one person, on a small handful of personal devices. Reselling or sharing your dashboard credentials is grounds for immediate termination without refund.
- Don’t abuse rate limits. Aggressive scraping, automated bulk-export farms, or scripts that hammer an upstream tool 24/7 will get your account paused. Normal human-paced research is fine.
- Follow each tool’s own terms. We can’t copy-paste twenty different vendor TOS pages here, but in plain English: don’t use these tools for spam, fraud, malware, scraping personal data, or anything illegal.
- Be honest with refunds. Don’t initiate a chargeback before talking to us. If something is wrong, message us first — we resolve almost everything within a few hours.
Service limits
We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on the dashboard, and we keep a real-time status feed for any incidents. We can’t, however, guarantee 100% uptime — upstream tools occasionally go down for maintenance, and group-buy access can be paused without warning when an upstream vendor rotates their licensing setup.
If a single tool is unavailable for more than 24 hours, we issue service credit equal to the pro-rata portion of your subscription for that tool. If your entire dashboard is down for more than 24 hours, we extend your subscription day-for-day. Both happen automatically — you don’t need to chase us.
Intellectual property
The upstream tools — SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, ChatGPT, Envato Elements and the rest — are owned by their respective companies. Nothing you do through Hafiz SEO Tools transfers any ownership of their software, data or trademarks to you.
The Hafiz SEO Tools dashboard, brand, logo, copy and design system are owned by us. You are welcome to mention us in case studies and link back to us; you are not welcome to clone our dashboard, scrape our pricing for a competitor site, or pretend to be us.
The output you create inside the upstream tools (your articles, your designs, your keyword reports) belongs entirely to you. We claim no rights over your work.
Termination
You can cancel anytime by stopping your monthly renewal — there’s no contract length and no cancellation fee. If you want your account permanently deleted, ask us and we’ll wipe it (see our Privacy Policy).
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for credential sharing, abuse of upstream rate limits, fraudulent payment, or breach of any of the responsibilities above. In genuine cases of abuse we won’t refund the unused portion; in borderline cases we always reach out first.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do our absolute best, but we can’t promise the upstream tools will be available, accurate, or fit for any specific purpose. Our total liability to you, for any claim, is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost revenue, missed deadlines, etc.).
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
Before going anywhere near a court, both sides agree to try to resolve issues in good faith. The order is:
- WhatsApp us first — most issues are misunderstandings and resolve in minutes.
- If WhatsApp doesn’t solve it, we agree to mediation through a mutually chosen third party.
- Court is the last resort, not the first.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally — usually because a payment processor changed something, or we added a new tool. Material changes are emailed to active subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms; if you don’t, just cancel before the effective date.
